Description Job Summary: A leading healthcare insurance company is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in both Vietnamese and English to join their fast-paced, client-focused team. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to assist members with healthcare-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
