Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii, on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring smooth communication processes. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries in a detail-oriented and courteous manner. • Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update customer records and other relevant information. • Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and in compliance with company procedures. • Schedule appointments and coordinate with customers to ensure their needs are met. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word, to create and manage documents. • Support order entry processes to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to provide informed support. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or office environment. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively. • Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating with clients. • Knowledge of basic mail processing procedures is a plus.
