Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Communications Center team in Orlando, Florida. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will be responsible for assisting distributors with tracking, order entry, pricing, product availability, and other support functions. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, providing accurate and detail-oriented support.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
• Maintain and triage a high-traffic email inbox to support order processing and customer inquiries.
• Process and manage orders with accuracy, including tracking, pricing, and availability updates.
• Enter and maintain data in company systems, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate order processing and resolve any issues.
• Respond to customer emails and correspondence in a timely and detail-focused manner.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Work with electronic data interchange (EDI) systems to process purchase orders and related documentation.
• Maintain a high level of organization to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new processes and systems to improve performance.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong skills in data entry and order processing, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with electronic data interchange (EDI) systems is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization.
• A fast learner who can adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a focus on detail and quality.
