Description We are looking for a motivated and approachable Customer Service Representative to assist with a one-day project in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position where you will interact directly with residents, providing guidance and support during a polling event. If you enjoy engaging with people and thrive in dynamic environments, this role is an excellent opportunity. Responsibilities: • Assist residents with ballot-related inquiries during a polling event. • Operate a tablet to provide accurate and timely information to participants. • Engage with individuals in a friendly and attentive manner to ensure a positive experience. • Stand for extended periods while providing assistance and maintaining a welcoming presence. • Ensure all interactions are conducted respectfully and in compliance with event guidelines. Requirements • Prior experience in customer service or a related role. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people. • Comfortable standing for long durations in a busy environment. • Familiarity with using tablets or similar technology. • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-traffic situations.
