Customer Service Representative
Description Our client, a well-known and customer-centric organization in San Diego, CA is seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join their team. Primary Responsibilities + Provide professional and courteous customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions to address inquiries, concerns, and requests. + Resolve customer complaints by identifying solutions and escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. + Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing account updates with precision and attention to detail. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products or services to offer accurate information and assistance to customers. + Log and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the company’s CRM software for tracking and reporting purposes. + Support team projects or handle administrative tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements + 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or similar environment. + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional college coursework or degree is a plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred. + Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), active listening abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. + A passion for resolving issues quickly and providing unparalleled customer support. + A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting.
