Description As a fully on-site Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive solutions. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and the delivery of outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interaction. Provide solutions and guidance to customers while maintaining a positive and detail oriented demeanor. Accurately document customer interactions, including concerns, resolutions, and follow-ups, to maintain detailed records. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. Educate customers on products and services, ensuring they receive value and feel supported. Uphold the company's reputation by delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of professionalism. Requirements Requirements Proven experience in customer service or similar roles preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred but not required.
