Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fishers, Indiana. In this Contract-to-ongoing position, you will play a key role in assisting customers, managing work orders, and ensuring smooth communication. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Respond to 30–40 incoming calls daily, working collaboratively with a small team to address customer needs. • Process customer work orders and manage contract coverages efficiently. • Use and document information accurately within company systems, ensuring all details are captured. • Maintain organized records while juggling multiple priorities, such as handling calls during work order entries. • Provide clear and effective communication to resolve customer issues efficiently. • Adapt to shifting priorities and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment. • Participate in revamped training sessions to enhance onboarding and broaden knowledge. • Work onsite five days a week initially, with potential for a hybrid schedule after transitioning to an ongoing role. Requirements Requirements: • Previous experience in a call center, collections, or customer service role. • Proficiency in typing with a speed of 35–40+ words per minute. • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under pressure. • Comfortable working unscripted and thinking critically to address customer needs. • Familiarity with Office 365 and other data entry tools. • Resilience, patience, and empathy to handle challenging situations with professionalism. • Focused and engaged mindset, ensuring tasks are completed with follow-through.
