Due to an internal promotion, we have an available opportunity as a fulltime Customer Service Representative to join our team!
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Initiating, tracking, organising, prioritising, and monitoring multiple projects through development, production, and fulfilment
• New product development including management of artwork
• Processing sales orders and shipping requests
• Tracking the progress of jobs and providing updates to your customers
• Gathering and evaluating information and assessing customer needs to make recommendations for cost and production schedules
• Monitoring and adjusting customer finished goods inventory levels
• Preparing accurate monthly reports

• Intermediate Microsoft Office, Word and Excel skills
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• The ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
