Description Customer Service Representative We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Lone Tree, Colorado. In this role, you will represent our services at various events, webinars, and benefits fairs, ensuring a detail-oriented and welcoming experience for attendees. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide concise, engaging information in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Represent the company at events, webinars, and benefits fairs, delivering informative and engaging presentations. • Provide attendees with clear, concise explanations of services through effective communication techniques. • Ensure smooth event flow by maintaining a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor throughout. • Serve as the primary point of contact at events, creating a welcoming atmosphere for participants. • Stand for extended periods during events while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude. • Perform data entry tasks to document event outcomes and attendee interactions accurately. • Respond to inquiries via email and phone, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. • Schedule appointments and manage attendee follow-ups efficiently. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and report on event-related data. • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with event logistics and attendee coordination. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable personality. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data and documentation. • Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. • Comfortable standing for long periods during events. • Strong organizational skills to schedule appointments and manage follow-ups. • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail. • Capability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
