Robert Half is on the look out for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Urbandale, IA. This opportunity is contract to hire and fully on-site! It involves managing diverse client interactions, such as handling policy renewals, processing coverage changes, taking payments, providing login assistance, and more. This company specializes in providing tailored professional liability insurance solutions for both medical and non-medical professions. Their mission is to support their clients with excellence, ensuring their needs are met through outstanding service and reliability.
Responsibilities:
+ Handle a wide variety of inbound customer calls in the Professional Liability Department, addressing insurance-related inquiries and concerns for medical and non-medical professionals.
+ Assist clients with policy renewals, processing changes to their accounts or coverages, and ensuring seamless payments.
+ Provide technical support for login issues and guide customers through online portal navigation.
+ Proactively identify and address client needs, offering personalized solutions to meet their individual insurance requirements.
+ Ensure timely and accurate data entry during all customer interactions, updating systems and documentation as needed.
+ Maintain a strong understanding of company requirements, procedures, and metrics, ensuring service levels and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
+ Navigate through multiple systems and applications simultaneously while maintaining focus on delivering high-quality service.

Requirements
Requirements:
+ Customer service experience for 2+ years.
+ Call center customer service experience is a plus.
+ Ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously, including navigating computer systems while engaging with customers.
+ Keep track of various tasks and follow-ups while maintaining a seamless workflow during each call.
+ Display readiness to adapt to diverse call topics and situations, as no two calls are exactly the same.
+ Exhibit a friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor on every call to ensure a positive client experience.
