Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Noblesville, Indiana. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth customer interactions, efficient order fulfillment, and effective communication with trucking vendors. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team-centered environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: • Issue accurate weight and product tickets at the scale house to ensure proper documentation. • Coordinate with trucking vendors to schedule and direct deliveries efficiently. • Communicate with truck drivers to confirm destinations and materials being transported. • Collaborate with team members to verify the accuracy of tickets and delivery orders. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in tickets, maintaining clear and thorough documentation. • Provide exceptional customer service, aligning with the company's values and standards. • Handle additional duties and tasks as required to support the department. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls with a detail-oriented approach. • Strong customer service skills, preferably in a call center or similar environment. • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Skilled in email correspondence and scheduling appointments effectively. • Familiarity Microsoft Office software, Sales Force and JD Edwards is preferred • Ability to manage order entry processes with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
