As a Showroom Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping clients access home medical equipment that enhances their quality of life. Whether it's answering phone calls, assisting walk-in customers, or coordinating with the delivery team, your work ensures seamless client experiences. Responsibilities: + Learn about home medical equipment such as lift chairs, bathroom aids, walkers, compression stockings, and more. + Process customer transactions including pickups, purchases, exchanges, and returns. + Professionally handle 20–30 calls per day, determining the appropriate delivery method, scheduling appointments, and coordinating dispatch logistics. + Conduct intakes, including reviewing referrals, verifying insurance eligibility, obtaining customer demographics, and confirming doctor and product information. + Maintain accurate records and ensure proper follow-up on customer inquiries. Requirements + Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma. + A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. + General computer knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams. + Previous experience in durable medical equipment (DME) or home medical equipment (HME) is a plus.
