Description We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. This is a Contract-to-permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our clients. Responsibilities: • Accurately input customer orders into the system while maintaining attention to detail. • Coordinate the processing and shipment of outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery. • Manage the receipt and proper logging of incoming shipments. • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records to support operational efficiency. • Utilize Salesforce for record-keeping and customer interactions (training will be provided). Requirements • Experience in answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries effectively. • Previous experience in call center or customer service roles is preferred. • Proficiency in data entry and handling email correspondence professionally. • Familiarity with inbound and outbound call handling processes. • Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Ability to perform order entry tasks with accuracy. • Strong organizational skills for scheduling appointments and managing multiple tasks.
