Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kannapolis, North Carolina. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in delivering excellent support to clients through various communication channels. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly. • Respond to customer emails with accurate and timely information. • Perform data entry tasks to ensure records and orders are up-to-date and accurate. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and maintain documentation. • Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations. • Process order entries with attention to detail and accuracy. • Provide support using the ServiceNow application to track and resolve customer requests. • Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. • Use the Infor system to manage and update customer information effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a related field. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. • Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Ability to manage email correspondence with a high level of efficiency and effectiveness. • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar customer support applications. • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a setting requiring attention to detail. • Knowledge of appointment scheduling and order entry processes. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
