Description We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Monterey, California. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your customer service expertise while supporting a diverse clientele. In this role, you will handle a variety of customer inquiries, with a focus on billing and data entry, while maintaining a calm and attentive demeanor.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Handle approximately 6-10 calls per hour, addressing a variety of customer service needs.
• Assist Spanish-speaking customers effectively, leveraging bilingual communication skills.
• Process billing information and maintain accurate records using proprietary software such as Eden.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth department operations and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, for documentation and reporting.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer follow-ups as needed.
• Maintain a courteous and detail-oriented demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Adhere to business casual dress code while upholding company standards. Requirements • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service or clerical experience is required.
• Familiarity with billing processes and data entry is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of proprietary billing software, such as Eden, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
