Our client is a growing company committed to delivering exceptional service and value to its customers. Known for its dedication to customer satisfaction and operational excellence, the company is seeking a friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join its team.
The Customer Service Representative will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner
+ Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying the customer’s issue, determining the cause, and identifying the best solution
+ Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
+ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues
+ Provide product/service information and guidance to customers
+ Follow communication procedures and guidelines to maintain consistent service quality
+ Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Requirements
+ 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
+ Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
+ High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
