Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting prospective students and learners by providing exceptional service through outbound calls . This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the higher education sector. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound call campaigns to engage leads, opportunities, and applications, often making 200+ calls daily. • Reach out to prospective students who have requested information to provide details and answer questions. • Support various outbound call initiatives based on organizational needs. • Assess the needs of prospects to ensure seamless transfers to the appropriate individual or team. • Serve as a friendly and welcoming first point of contact for inbound callers and chat interactions. • Identify the needs of callers and efficiently direct them to the appropriate team or individual. • Assist prospects, applicants, and learners with their inquiries and provide helpful support. • Perform administrative tasks as required to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency Requirements • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. • Minimum of one year of administrative experience is essential. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen and build rapport. • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. • Proven ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment. • Strong work ethic and the ability to balance multiple workflow tasks throughout the day. • Proficiency in Excel and data entry skills, including alpha and numeric typing speeds of 8,001-10,000 KPH.
