Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Thomson, Georgia. This Contract to Permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of tasks, from order processing to customer communication, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively to resolve customer concerns, relay client needs to relevant teams, and manage order fulfillment processes independently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their requirements, including quoting, sampling, order entry, and logistics coordination.
• Actively seek new business opportunities by conducting research, cold calling, managing leads, and setting appointments to expand the customer base.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to enhance account sales and improve profitability through collaborative efforts.
• Provide timely and accurate data entry and order maintenance to support seamless operations.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage email correspondence efficiently to ensure clear and precise communication with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
• Ensure all clerical tasks, including data entry, are completed with precision and attention to detail. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and reporting.
• Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate data entry and manage orders effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with quoting, sampling, and logistics coordination is a plus.
