Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Secaucus, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Prepare repair estimates and communicate detailed information about the repair process to customers. • Update and maintain customer records using computerized databases and designated systems. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of parts. • Address and resolve customer issues by collaborating with relevant departments and stakeholders. • Respond to customer inquiries through both verbal and written communication channels. • Conduct research on timepieces and parts to provide accurate and relevant information. • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely updates and thorough follow-ups. Requirements • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer service. • Experience in call center environments and managing customer interactions effectively. • Strong communication skills for email correspondence and resolving inquiries. • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems for maintaining records and inventory. • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. • Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and performing research. • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
