Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join one of our client's team in Franklin, Tennessee. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and supporting accounts. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. Responsibilities: • Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system. • Provide exceptional account support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. • Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure seamless service and communication. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. • Handle return authorization requests and ensure the process is completed correctly. • Process customer orders and coordinate shipments, ensuring proof of delivery is obtained when necessary. • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. • Ensure all interactions reflect professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction. • Assist with administrative tasks as required to support the customer service team. Requirements • Two to four years of experience in a retail or consumer-focused company. • Familiarity with the footwear or apparel industry is a plus, though not mandatory. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability. • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
