Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a Contract basis in Addison, Texas. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively. • Maintain and organize client records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible. • Process customer requests and orders, adhering to company policies and procedures. • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. • Ensure filing systems are maintained and updated, supporting efficient record-keeping. • Monitor and track customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. • Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on customer feedback and data analysis. • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs. • Uphold company standards for customer service excellence at all times. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role. • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage filing systems effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record management. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • High level of professionalism and a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
