Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vineland, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional support to customers while handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. The role requires adaptability and a strong ability to work with various software tools and systems. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. • Provide detailed assistance to customers regarding billing and benefit-related functions. • Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and manage customer accounts. • Operate software tools such as Office, Avaya CMS, and Epic Software to support daily tasks. • Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and improve service delivery. • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. • Handle financial service-related tasks using ADP and other specialized platforms. • Assist in training periods, transitioning to second shift after the initial onboarding phase. • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions. • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by sharing insights and feedback. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Familiarity with financial service tools such as ADP and Avaya CMS. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work onsite in Vineland, New Jersey. • Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts, including second shift after training. • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
