Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in San Marcos, California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with customers to ensure their needs are met effectively. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction through accurate data management and efficient communication. Responsibilities: • Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all relevant information is captured. • Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a precise and effective manner. • Enter and manage data with precision using various software tools to maintain records and ensure accuracy. • Coordinate the shipment of goods, including tracking deliveries and communicating updates to customers. • Verify customer details to ensure all information is up-to-date and correct. • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency. • Ensure timely communication with customers through platforms like Microsoft Outlook. • Monitor and manage logistics to ensure deliveries align with customer expectations. Requirements • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications. • Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on order entry and data accuracy. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve shared goals.
