We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In position, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support, handling inquiries, and ensuring seamless membership renewals. Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
• Manage membership renewals by providing accurate information and processing updates efficiently.
• Input and maintain detailed records of customer conversations and transactions in the system.
• Handle a high volume of calls during peak periods, addressing up to 150 inquiries per day with patience and efficiency.
• Provide tailored solutions to address customer needs and questions.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks, including numeric and text-based inputs, to support internal processes.
• Utilize Word and Excel to create, update, and manage documents as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service strategies and workflows.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service in a call center.
• Proficiency in basic office tools, including Word and Excel.
• Strong data entry skills with the ability to maintain accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with handling numeric and text-based data entry tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
