Customer Service Representative
Description + Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and/or in-person interactions, providing accurate and timely responses. + Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns and provide solutions while aiming for first-contact resolution in a professional manner. + Data Management: Log conversations and customer interactions into the CRM system and ensure client records are kept updated. + Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations. + Feedback Management: Receive and communicate customer feedback to management to improve processes, offerings, and customer experience. + Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless service delivery. Requirements + Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional demeanor. + Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to address customer inquiries or complaints effectively. + Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service tools like Microsoft Office Suite, and/or other relevant platforms. + Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in recording customer interactions. + Experience: Demonstrated success in customer service or related roles, with 1-2 years of experience preferred.
