Customer Service Representative
Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our learners, addressing their queries and concerns via phone, live chat, or email. This role requires you to effectively manage your time, solve problems, and demonstrate excellent communication and technological skills. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing their questions, comments, and concerns. • Utilize effective communication skills to understand and respond to both learners and team members. • Demonstrate problem-solving skills by utilizing available resources to assist learners in any situation. • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Adhere to team workflows and ensure efficiency in all interactions. • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability, particularly in a remote work setting. • Display proficiency in computer usage and smart devices and develop competencies with third-party tools including Microsoft Office, Zendesk, Labster, and more. • Troubleshoot device issues for learners as needed. • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. • Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in typing with a speed of 45 - 60 WPM • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively • Experience or involvement in student organizations • Understanding of organizational structure and hierarchy • Proven experience in administrative assistance • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management • Experience in using Microsoft Teams for internal communication and collaboration • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
