Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional service by ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders and maintaining strong communication with internal teams. This is a Long-term Contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused environment. Responsibilities: • Accurately input and validate customer orders, ensuring all details are complete and correct. • Resolve order discrepancies, such as pricing issues, in a timely and precise manner. • Address customer concerns and complaints with efficiency and empathy. • Maintain detailed and organized records of purchase orders, order confirmations, and related documentation. • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to streamline order processing and ensure seamless operations. • Monitor and manage credits, cancellations, and revisions to purchase orders. • Adhere to established policies and procedures as outlined in standard operating processes. • Provide exceptional service by engaging with customers and delivering quality results. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving order-related issues using order management tools and systems. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field. • Familiarity with order processing systems, such as Oracle or other CRM tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on being detail oriented. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. • Background in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing is a plus.
