Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specificationsProcess cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate handling of moneyDeliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking suppliesLift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as required

QualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitudeStrong communication abilities, both verbal and writtenBasic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quicklyProven multitasking skills and attention to detailFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as neededPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsCash handling experience preferredFood preparation knowledge or willingness to learnAbility to follow directions and adhere to company policies and proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in food service or customer-facing role is a plus
