Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with rotating 4-hour Sunday afternoon shifts. Must be onsite.

Responsible for keeping all internal and external customers satisfied/happy with our company as their distributor and to accommodate them the best way possible. Solve customer problems, which may include communicating with vendors and co-workers to obtain answers and reply to customers in a timely manner. Function as a team member within the department and organization, as required and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Duties:
Responsible for assisting all external and internal customers, to include the following duties:Enter, change and update ordersAnswer phone calls and emails Run, analyze and send out reportsSolving internal and external customer problems Set up Customer AccountsAttend trainings and Customer Service meetingsPerform other related duties as assigned
