Our client, a dynamic leader in the customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the customer support department, ensuring that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a knack for multitasking, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Rep I
**Location:** Ontario, CA
**Pay Range:** $19 per hour
**Shift:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 10:30am to 6:30pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
+ Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
+ Monitor progress of delivery routes.
+ Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.
+ Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
+ Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
