Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep/Expediter to join our team at our 956 Cherry St location in Louisville, United States. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing and expediting orders to ensure timely delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionallyProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correctly entered into our systemCoordinate with teams to expedite orders and manage delivery timelinesTrack orders and provide real-time updates to customers on order statusCollaborate with customers to resolve any order discrepancies or delaysMaintain accurate customer records and update information in the company's databaseIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers when appropriateAssist in making all delicious products we sell.Assist in keeping our stores clean

QualificationsExperience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment is a bonusStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team membersExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectivelyBasic computer skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesExperience in expediting is a bonusAt least 16 years of age or older
