**Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative jobs include but are not limited to:**
+ Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
+ Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
+ Monitor progress of delivery routes.
+ Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
+ Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
**Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Service Representative jobs:**
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment.
+ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive under pressure.
+ Spanish speaking is beneficial.
+ Must have a reliable vehicle for commute.
**Shift & Pay Details:**
+ Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8.5-hour shifts between 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sundays off).
+ Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
+ Assignment Type: Onsite.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
