Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Location: Ontario

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm  

Training will be from 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay rate: $19.50/hr

 

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Warehouse Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of communication between the warehouse, customers, and the sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams, to manage customer data, track orders, and collaborate with team members efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product inquiries.

Process customer orders and ensure they are fulfilled accurately and promptly.

Monitor and resolve customer issues related to inventory, deliveries, and shipments.

Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Provide updates to customers on the status of their orders.

Maintain accurate customer records and update order systems regularly.

Use Excel to track and analyze customer data and order trends.

Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Teams for communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Assist with managing returns, exchanges, and discrepancies.

Support warehouse operations by coordinating with other departments for inventory management and shipping.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
