Beacon Hill is hiring! Our client in the engineering industry is seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team for the overnight shift. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working independently during off-peak hours. The hours are 10:00pm - 6:30am CT with alternating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chatResolve customer issues with empathy and efficiencyDocument customer interactions accurately in the systemFollow up on open cases and escalate complex issues as neededMaintain service level standards and performance metrics

Qualifications:
