Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3108 S Kingshighway location in St. Louis, United States. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional mannerAddress and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiencyProcess orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and promptlyMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customersCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolvedDocument customer interactions and update customer records in our service softwareIdentify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or management when necessaryContribute to maintaining a positive and supportive team environment

QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectivelyStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needsProficiency in customer service software and basic computer skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with challenging situationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as neededStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
