Domino's Pizza is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our location in Phoenix, United States (4284 W Thomas Rd). As a Customer Service Rep, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience while helping to maintain the efficiency of our store operations.

Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders both in-person and over the phoneProcess payments and handle cash transactions with precisionPrepare and make pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standardsMaintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and kitchenCollaborate with team members to ensure timely order preparation and deliveryAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and friendly mannerAssist with inventory management and restocking supplies as neededAdhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelinesContribute to a positive team atmosphere and support coworkers during busy periods

QualificationsMust be at least {16 } years of ageStrong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitudeAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing ordersWillingness to learn and perform various tasks, including food preparation and pizza-makingTeam player mentality with a positive and cooperative approachFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 poundsBasic computer skills for operating ordering systems and cash registersFood handling experience or certification is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
