Join our team at Domino's Pizza in St. Louis as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 9605 Manchester Rd location.

Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accuratelyPrepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipesProcess cash and credit card transactions efficientlyProvide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customerMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and empatheticallyAssist with additional tasks as needed to support the store's operations

QualificationsPositive attitude and friendly demeanorStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenBasic math skills for handling cash transactionsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTeam player with a willingness to support colleaguesAttention to detail and commitment to qualityPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsCustomer service experience preferred, but not requiredMust be able to pass a criminal background checkHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
