Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Louisville, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and empathetic individual to provide exceptional support to our valued customers.

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionallyResolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience and a positive attitudeProcess orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficientlyMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionDocument customer interactions and update account information in our customer service softwareIdentify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisorsProvide personalized solutions to meet individual customer needsContribute to a supportive team environment and assist colleagues when needed

QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailActive listening skills and the ability to empathize with customersPatience and the ability to remain calm in challenging situationsEfficient time management and multitasking capabilitiesProficiency in basic computer skills and customer service softwareHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience preferredCustomer service certifications are a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
