Job Title: Quality Coordinator
Location:Mukilteo, WA
Schedule:7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible start time available)
Reports To:Technical Quality Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveQuality Coordinatorto join our team and help drive excellence in product quality and customer satisfaction. This role plays a key part in managing quality metrics, resolving product complaints, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across departments. Key Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and sales teams regarding product quality concerns.Track and communicate quality metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Analyze performance data to identify trends and support continuous improvement.Document and manage non-conformance records and coordinate material returns.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Monitor and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.Provide quality support and guidance to production staff.Participate in cross-functional teams to address recurring quality issues.Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related field.A degree in quality management, engineering, or a related discipline may substitute for experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., Label Traxx).Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally across all levels.Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.Familiarity with interpreting purchase orders, contracts, and blueprints.Certifications such as CQA, CQE, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment:Enjoy a collaborative and supportive team culture in a fun and dynamic workplace located in the heart of Mukilteo. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
