Customer Service Specialist with Japanese

Your daily tasks: Consistently achieve email quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals. Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database; Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality; Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner; Investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software technical issues; Stay up to date with process changes and product updates; To complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner. Requirements Language: Proficiency in Japanese (C1) and English (B2) Experience: Cool if you have experience in customer service; Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills; Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic. Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision (w@h set up).
