Customer Service Specialist with Czech or Slovak
Fully remote work mode from Poland.
Your daily tasks: Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mails); Meeting targets set by the client and management; Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality; Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
What do we expect from you? Language: Proficiency in Czech (C1) or Slovak (C1) and advanced knowledge of English (B2 level); Experience: Customer Service experience is a must, great if you have experience in technology focused roles; Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills; Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.
Advantages will be: Ability to prioritise and plan; Independence AND ability to work with minimal supervision; Tech-savvy background, ability to solve problems, and troubleshooting skills; Attention to detail;
Working conditions: Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students and employment contract for other employees); Working from the comfort of your own home; Day shifts from Monday to Friday
