Customer Service Professional with Croatian

(Remote work across Poland)

 

 

Your daily tasks:  

Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone); Helping patients who are using medical equipment;   Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;   Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality; 

 

What do we expect from you?  

Language: Proficiency in Croatian (C2/native) and English (B2); Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project/interest in diabetes related topics; Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;    Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
