What's in it for you:

Trane Technologies is hiring a Customer Service Order Management Leader within our Integrated Supply Chain organization supporting the Supply business unit. This role can be based in one of our campus hub locations: Davidson, NC; La Crosse, WI; St. Peters, MO; or Atlanta, GA. The Customer Service Leader is responsible for ensuring a timely, accurate, and responsive customer service experience for Supply orders. This leader will oversee supervisors and teams responsible for case management and expedited order fulfillment, driving material availability and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

Lead teams and processes to meet or exceed customer service expectationsCoach and develop leaders to build a high-performing, collaborative teamDrive strategic planning and problem solving to support a world-class aftermarket business including the use of AI/automation to improve the customer experienceDevelop, recommend, and execute strategic initiatives that improve customer experience, increase productivity, strengthen employee engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes.Partner cross-functionally to improve customer service capability and operational executionManage supplier, factory, and service provider relationships to support timely material delivery across our channelsLead Lean and Business Operating System execution to improve service, cost, and process performanceDevelop, implement, and continuously improve standard workPartner with E-commerce team to improve order visibility and online order executionDevelop talent and support career growth across the teamPerform other duties as assigned 

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain/logistics, or other related field10+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, or operations5-7+ years of people leadership experience, including experience leading leaders preferredExcellent communication skills, (written, oral, and presentation skills), with the ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership, peers, and operations staffLeadership through influence, coaching, mentoring, and teaching; ability to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration

Possesses a strong customer service orientation and provide dedicated support of internal customer requirementsSystemic thinker with extensive experience improving material flowStrong analytical skills, detail oriented, and can communicate effectively at all levelsProficient at conflict resolution and coaching for improvementHas experience working with Suppliers,  Carriers, and internal manufacturing operationsMust be flexible, decisive, and proactive at problem solvingHas strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple priorities at onceResourceful, can find solutions to unusual problems and meet customer needsMust have an excellent understanding of material flow

Compensation range posted below is the base salary.  This position does also include an AIM incentive.

$105,545.00 - $169,300.00
