Job Description:

Location: West Chester, Ohio

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Customer Service Operator candidates in the West Chester, OH area. As a customer service operator, you will be responsible for assisting with customer service, creating and releasing work orders, billing, and other office duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Process day-to-day order entry for multiple accounts, including a paper verification check on any manually entered, altered, or reprocessed orders.
Task, commit, and release outbound orders.
Assist Warehouse Associates with inventory compliance during order fulfillment.
Process, scan, and file the inbound/outbound paperwork.
Verify and correct all billing charges per assigned accounts.
Maintain direct communication with customers, including follow-up confirmation on all order requests, changes, discrepancies, returns, unidentified freight, and customer compliance.
Respond to all customer calls, complaints, and emails.
Demonstrate knowledge of the CAPA system and manage customer complaints and quality.
Report food safety and quality issues to the appropriate person when identified.

Desired Background/Skills:

Customer service and clerical experience
Experience in warehouse operations and logistics
Skilled with Microsoft Office programs
Data Entry experience

Other Information:

The shift is Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm and the pay rate is $20 an hour.
