+ Internal Collaboration: Working closely with other departments to solve complex problems and ensure a seamless customer experience.
+ Ability to manage all the requests and incident in timely manner.
+ Deep understanding to SLA concept and related information.
+ Maintain regular communication with customers to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
+ Documentation and Logging: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, as well as provide regular reports on recurring trends and issues.
+ Should be flexible to travel and work in other Geography if needed

**_Qualification:_**
+ Previous experience in customer service with working in IT companies experience.
+ Exceptional communication skills in at least two languages: English and one additional language, preferably Arabic.
+ Customer orientation and ability to work under pressure.
+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
+ Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
**Certification :** ITIL certificate is a plus
**Experience :** 3 years
