We are looking to expand our specialized mid-sized CitiService team established to support our corporate clients with day-to-day banking services.
In this role the CSO will be able to gain wide knowledge of various bank products and services throughout collaboration with other local and international bank teams, expand the communication skills and practice English (written and spoken).
**Team/Role Overview**
The overall objective of this role is to address external customer issues and provide ongoing customer support. Each CSO handles assigned portfolio of clients, that he/she primarily provides with personalized support.
The role requires focus on day-to-day execution of specific TTS CitiService® functions to support our client base, banks and other third parties in an efficient and timely manner to ensure cohesive execution.
The team is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service skills who will provide resolutions and support to the Corporate & FI client segment across Czech Republic.
**What you’ll do**
+ Ensure customer inquiries are responded in an efficient and timely manner via phone and email, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
+ Develop and maintain client portfolio through regular interactions
+ Effectively liaise with other local and cross border internal teams and departments
+ Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs
+ Proactively inform clients about problems (system failures, market issues) and provide regular resolution updates
+ Serve as the first-line point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
**What we’ll need from you**
+ University degree/or secondary school with relevant experience
+ Relevant experience in customer service area (preferably - in finance organization)
+ Computer proficiency
+ Native Czech or Slovak language knowledge, fluency in English
+ High level of client service orientation, creativity, initiative and flexibility
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills
+ Proven investigative and analytical skills
+ Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
