Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Woodland Hills, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our customer service operations while driving excellence in customer satisfaction. This is an onsite opportunity that requires strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and results-driven team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows.
• Develop, implement, and maintain customer service policies and procedures to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of customer service representatives, encouraging growth and fostering a positive work culture.
• Set clear performance objectives, track metrics, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
• Address and resolve escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer service processes and improve overall satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a thoughtful and effective manner.
• Analyze customer service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and promote a customer-first approach throughout the department. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing customer service teams, preferably in an onsite environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Expertise in customer experience management and familiarity with call center operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle escalated issues effectively and professionally.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and using data to drive improvements.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business needs.
