Customer Service Manager
Description We are a company in the Utilities/Infrastructure industry, located in Midland, Texas, and are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you'll be in charge of managing customer service operations, handling inbound calls, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the customer service operations within the organization. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. • Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate records are maintained. • Efficiently process credit applications of customers. • Utilize CRM to enhance customer service and maintain up-to-date customer records. • Handle inbound calls in a detail oriented manner, providing superior customer service. • Collaborate with the call center team to improve customer service protocols. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service management role within the Utilities/Infrastructure industry • Proficient in managing and utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Proven track record in effectively answering inbound calls and resolving customer queries • Prior experience in call center customer service is highly desirable • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong commitment to provide superior customer service • Ability to develop and implement customer service policies and procedures • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a calm demeanor • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
