Customer Service Manager
Description Our client in Vista is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead their customer success team and ensure high-quality service delivery. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing a team, solving problems, and creating exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities: + Supervise, coach, and train a team of customer service representatives, ensuring consistent quality and responsiveness. + Implement and monitor KPIs to assess team and individual performance. + Resolve escalated customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining professionalism and promptness. + Develop and revise customer service protocols and processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction. + Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to improve the customer journey. + Regularly review feedback and implement improvements to exceed customer expectations. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. + 3+ years in a customer service leadership role, including supervisory experience. + Strong knowledge of CRM software and other customer support platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk). + Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure. + Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
