Join PepsiCo as Supply Chain Finance Lead – East Balkans We’re looking for a results-driven finance professional to lead the Supply Chain Finance agenda across the East Balkans region. In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with the CFO and Supply Chain leadership to shape strategy, drive cost efficiencies, and support sustainable growth. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Act as a key business partner to the Supply Chain Lead, supporting decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain (from manufacturing to distribution). Co-lead strategic supply chain planning and support long-term business growth and productivity goals. Evaluate and optimize cost performance across supply chain operations to ensure delivery of service at the lowest sustainable cost. Lead financial analysis for cross-functional projects, capital investments (~$51M annually), and supplier negotiations. Drive strong financial governance, ensuring the integrity of investment cases and capital allocation decisions. Take joint ownership of the supply chain P&L and collaborate on setting and delivering financial targets. Identify trends and lead deep-dive analyses to improve performance and return on capital. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on PepsiCo’s supply chain performance while collaborating with senior leaders across multiple countries.
